dude, there is this game that looks AWESOME! it's called "prop hunt"
it's like hide and go seek tag, but you can change into anything and the seekers try to find you and shoot you. you should totally check it out
One time, I started a match, and not ten seconds into it, a heavy and a medium were in my team's base.
I stopped playing, because if I tried to play past that, I would've broken either A) my fist B) the table or C) both.
I don't know whether to be excited or start trying to dual-boot it!
I may have a chance to do freelance writing for them, reviewing video games.
Here's hoping they're impressed by my writing skills, as demonstrated in my old game review project. I would love to do reviews, and I might even get to be on the podcast itself! I already pinched myself, this isn't a dream!
I looked up the definition of "subsidy" today, wondering why so many authors and NPR hosts seem to think that subsidies are paid to encourage a crop rather than discourage it, and found that apparently "subsidy" basically means "grant".
Someone explain to me why my economics teacher used a specific definition while the rest of the world seems to run on a non-specific one. Is it because my economics teacher wanted us to avoid just googling the definition? Or have so many NPR hosts misused the term that it's no longer used as anything but a synonym for "grant"?
Gonna be learning how to do life after high school. It's gonna be one heck of an adventure.
I like games. Game design too.
Trigun is my favorite anime. Gunslinger Girl is a close second.
Favorite ponies are Vinyl Scratch and Fluttershy.
I'm a fan of techno in general, especially speedcore and drums 'n bass, but I can enjoy pretty much anything that isn't performed by one of the many Bieberclones (So much talent wasted on a one-man boyband).
Minecraft is freaky awesome, especially with ComputerCraft installed.
