Sleek, rustic-chic Italian eatery specializing in dishes from Puglia, with an extensive wine list.- Google
People talk about wood burning oven, john tierney, bufala mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and thin crust

Not inexpensive but the food and service make up for it.

Thrilled that several of the Vincenti (Brentwood) principals decided to "go East" to open this delightful trattoria on Robertson. The remodeled decor is minimalist yet attractive with warmth. We have eaten dinner there several times, trying different dishes and repeating others. The artichokes in broth and the crab polpettones with arugula salad are a don't miss! Love that John knows our name!

Great food in a great environment, and John Tierney is the consummate host, even when the place is packed. Slowly eating my way through the menu... A must visit for anyone who likes Italian food.

Best thing is the food. Mussles and squid ink pasta and dessert all very good with a light touch. Decent value for the money. Seating is awkward with tables set so chairs bump into one another. Service was spotty with an almost fatal beginning which they recovered from. We will try it again.

I was a little sad to have returned from my vacation in Italy... but in this place the pizza transported me right back! It's not everywhere you can find REAL pizza like this in LA w toppings like prosciutto and fresh figs and gorgonzola!! SO GOOD! The bruschetta pizza or "salad pizza" as we like to call it...and the Diavola (spicy sausage) r my favs! Oh...and WINE ON TAP, need I say more??

The pasta is handmade and delicious. All of the pizzas are wonderful. Great atmosphere and a welcoming, knowledgeable staff. Love this place!
