There is sound logic in the reason why Australia would be a participant in the cover-up of MH370 (or at least the CIA operatives working the Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap), and the involvement of the Freescale Semi-Conductor patent conspiracy.

Currently this Pine Gap facility is being used to relay digital data between the US military operating Drone strikes in the middle eastern regions, and its home base. Pine Gap has an 'eye' on every single machine emitting a digital signal in the entire Oceanic region, and clearly being a large and capable radar installation is capable of receiving signals from a Boeing 777, which flight systems has one of the most modern and updated digital communication broadcast systems in current aviation.
