Basic Information
Try this once, and you will be hooked. I was tired of the gym, and not really getting the results I wanted. Not only that, but as much as I tried to switch up my routine, I really was getting bored, and knew I was in need of a challenge. The first class was tough, but the coaches were very encouraging and motivating. I was able to push through it when it was tough and had the right amount of time to recover in between high intensity rounds on the bag. After almost a month, I already can see and feel the results. In 3 weeks, I've lost 6 pounds and I notice that cardio is easier. The interval training really works. I've taken regular cardio kickboxing classes at other gyms and in college before, but really didn't enjoy it as much because it felt like the focus was more on speed or aerobics, for that matter. At fitness fighting, they take time to show proper technique which helps to get the most out of each combination. The combinations are starting to feel more natural, and I am starting to feel more coordinated than I thought I could be in the past. If I ever had to defend myself, I feel a lot more capable now. When you notice these changes happening, it really motivates you to do more, put more into it and get more out of it. I look forward to my classes every week, and leave each time feeling stronger and more confident. This is also a really great stress reliever as well. Now I plan on taking more classes throughout the week and I am thinking of canceling my gym membership. There is something for everyone here. It's fun, stress relieving, challenging and scalable for individual fitness levels. If you want real results, you must try this class.
