appallingly bad service - they lied directly to my face. i went to pick up a frame, which was not ready. thinking i could not speak spanish, i guess, they discussed amongst themselves what to do, as they did not have the material necessary. i told them i understood and that i would prefer to wait for the material. they told me not to worry, that i had misunderstood. when i went to collect later, the had subsituted a completely different frame. i realise that there was a cultural mismatch here, and that i should have been smarter, perhaps suggesting an alterantive instead of being direct. but to lie so completely was a real, physical shock. i've lived here for many years and this is, as far as i can remember, the worst service i have ever had.
