Illinois Provider Enrollment

The State of Illinois, Department of Human Services (HFS), has developed a new website called IMPACT, Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology. IMPACT is a multi-agency effort to replace Illinois’ 30-year old Medicaid Management System (MMS) with a web-based that meets the federal requirements. Groups may "re-enroll" as a Medicaid provider. A group may list a PA as they re-enroll. Then, as of January 1, 2016, PAs may enroll as a provider in Medicaid.
