We provide an alternative treatment for Alcohol/ Drugs Addiction. A 21Days Residential Addiction Treatment and Recovery Centre.

Walking in the forest is one of our mindful activities in our program.

Opening our senses to nature also develops our intuition.
We learn to contact in new ways the world around us.

The idea is simple: if a person simply visits a natural area and walks in a relaxed way there are calming, rejuvenating and restorative benefits to be achieved.

“The medicine of simply being in the forest.”

Imagine a vast, peaceful flat meadow, deep in the forest surrounded by trees and mountains, where a river runs through the land. Huge bamboo of contrasting colour, banyan trees and native plants adorn the 14 acre grounds and provide a tranquil playground for visiting butterflies and singing birds.

The grounds are naturally beautiful and spacious and we breathe in fresh, mountain air. Every morning feels like a new start.
It is a kind of oasis. We have our own natural water supply drawn up from underground spring which is pumped around the buildings. Fresh drinking water is gathered daily from the well. This is filtered and pumped to the rooms for showers and toilets.

The resort is 100% off-grid: electricity comes from 192 solar panels acting as a roof over the office and dining area.
The night sky can be breathtaking.

Our people are our finest asset. We love what we do and it shows.
Our guests tell us they feel like very welcomed, much-loved family members.
Rooms are designed and constructed with teak walls and floors, fitted and dressed with a simply stylish, traditional Lanna flavour.

Bedrooms are all single occupancy with air conditioning, huge comfy beds and ensuite shower/toilet and plenty of storage space.

There is a beautiful library, TV/DVD lounge, massage room, dance/yoga studio, dining area, and plenty of space for personal or group meetings. Browse the images or watch the video to get the feel of the place.

Food is cooked fresh every mealtime. We have Regular (includes meat, fish and egg), Vegan and Vegetarian options. (Traditional Thai dishes and Western fusion). Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at the same time every day and is low in salt, refined sugar, fats, and MSG. Vegetables form the main part of our meals and many are grown organically on the land around us. We also produce our own fruit.

Eating at regular times tends to naturally balance out the appetite and we have noticed that desired weight loss or indeed desired increase, happen naturally by grooving out these simple eating habits and focusing the attention on something constructive or creative, combined with a little regular, gentle exercise.
