This has been my favorite watering hole for the last 5 years. They've always got a great beer selection and great food. They get taken over by breweries often as well! The service is also top scale.

Simply put, Rattle n Hum has an awesome craft beer selection on tap, but it gets very packed during prime bar hours. I really appreciated the dedication to local and craft breweries while maintains reasonable prices. I also like the stickers and banners from local breweries on display around the brewery. Moreover, I liked how the menus were arranged. At the front of the restaurant is a large black board offering recommendations based on macro preferences. I also liked how eclectic the beer selection was. There were about two dozen different styles on beer on draft. I appreciated the dedication to variety as opposed to thee craft beer bars which flood their taps with IPAs. I would rate it four and a half stars.

I used to like Rattle and Hum until this past Saturday. My buddy said he thought he was going to have one more before we left and I said, that sounds good. I said I'll buy. We decided on 2 16oz. bottles of Maine Beer Companies (Mo). The bartender opened 2 bottles, put them in front of us and calmly said $32. Really? I can buy one bottle in store for $6.99. It's a place that's been going downhill anyway. DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING THERE

Brad, with craft beers, brewers often have to increase prices to accommodate small batch practices so they can continue to create such delicious products. Sorry if you weren't prepared for the price tag, but all of the prices are listed on the bottle menu. We hope you'll stop by again soon and check out some of our other menu options. -Sean O, Manager

The food was absolutely AMAZING...our children loved it as well!! Our initial waitress on the otherhand....not so amazing. Thankfully another one took over after the first one disappeared and apparently "went home"...the backup waitress was wonderful. We would absolutely recommend and return for another meal!

Good beer selection. Eclectic but high quality with a lot of brews I haven't tried before. Small place with very dark lighting which made it difficult to read the beer and food menus. Friendly wait staff although they didn't seem beer-knowledgeable. Disappointing Cuban sandwich. Tasteless pork and yellow mustard instead of spicy, plus very little meat. Guy who sat down next to me and ordered a white wine at a craft beer should have been tossed out. Not bad but there are better places in NYC.

Excellent craft beer selection. One of the originals in NYC's emerging craft beer scene. Cool vibe encased in dark walls seem to encourage you to have just one more.

Excellent beer selection! This is regular haunt for me and my CUNY Grad Center friends. Wish they had more alluring happy hour deals !
