This Mexican take on meatballs is one of my family favorites—my boys really love the crispy chorizo sprinkled over the top! It's so rich and warming, but we love it all year round.

If it were not for the terrible counter service, and the fact that we purchased some cheese last week that, once unwrapped, was horrible and covered in mold, this would be a 5 star review. If you can get past the service issues and avoid getting stuck with bad cheese, the food here is amazing. This is our go-to place when we're having guests and don't have time to cook. They also make the most perfect omelette since Julia Child--it is a textbook French omelette, even better than those I've had in Paris. Not to be missed.

Hands down, their sandwiches are one of the best values in town. The ingredients are outstanding and the sandwiches have the perfect combination of ingredients and are consistently delicious. If you have gluten issues, they'll turn anything into a lettuce wrap (but if you can eat bread, theirs is delicious). The chips are good, the spicy fruits are better, and if you call ahead, you can skip the line.

Outstanding in every way. The cocktails are inventive and perfectly balanced, the service experienced and attentive, the food is delicious and beautifully plated, the wine list is informed, and the sommelier really knows his wines. Definitely not to be missed.

Absolutely one of the best bakeries in town. Order your special event desserts ahead of time to ensure you get exactly what you want. If you forget, anything they have will be great, and they'll do on-the-spot writing for you (happy birthday, etc.). Their pies are amazing and are big enough serve a crowd. Don't forget the bread--it's simple but perfect. Nice for a quick breakfast, lunch or late night dessert. The service is also outstanding.

Not your mom's taco place. Their tacos are creative experiences, not to be missed. Don't hesitate to order the ones that seem the most strange--they'll be worth it. And, whatever you do, order the Michelada with the spicy popsicle--it's one of the best drinks in town. Bonus--they have a parking lot and the prices are amazingly reasonable.
