Hey guys, here's a musical improvisation played by Gotye on a rhythmic instrument I recently built, the Manual Machine. I hope you'll enjoy it!

I just posted a short cinematic track created with this technique https://soundcloud.com/diegostocco/percussive-echoes-diego-stocco and I'm releasing the Impulse Responses I used in it as a free bonus set: http://gumroad.com/l/FFSPE

Hey guys, this is for all of you into music production! This is a demo for "Rhythmic Convolutions", which is a set of Impulse Responses I specifically designed for the processing of rhythmic material and instruments like drum machines, real drums and percussions, beat boxing and in general instruments that have a percussive quality. You can find it here: https://gumroad.com/l/FFSRC

Fantastic work guys, it's got emotions in it!
I think ad agencies should take note of how you achieved this!

Hey guys, this is a short improvisation I played with a musical object called "Beachwood", processed in real-time with multiple sound design techniques. I hope you'll enjoy it!

+Diego Stocco Very nice! I'd like to hear you incorporate this beachwood sound into a bigger composition. Maybe you could sample the waves, seagulls and other such sounds to give it a beach theme.

Hey guys, I hope all is going well with life and projects! For those of you into sound design and music production, I've been creating a series of educational contents based on my advanced and experimental techniques. You can find the first two video tutorials here: FFS 01 // Rhythmic Processing http://gum.co/FFS01 and FFS 02 Convolution Processing http://gum.co/FFS02 BTW, in this video I'm using Convolution Processing applied to natural sound efx, which means that you might find this technique useful also if you're a sfx editor and sound designer for films and video games. I hope you'll enjoy it, cheers, Diego!

Hey guys, here's track created by Richard Bretschneider, he used Rhythmic Processing in Cubase (the technique can be adapted to other DAWs with similar functionalities compared to Live):

Story
Tagline
I love to create sounds and music with experimental techniques and custom built instruments.
Introduction

I'm a composer, music sound designer and performer. I create eclectic compositions using custom built instruments, elements of nature and experimental recording techniques.

/////

Most recently, I composed the score for the feature film “Chernobyl Diaries.” I'm also also a featured soloist on many films and video games, including “Sherlock Holmes” and the “Assassin’s Creed” franchise. I worked as a music sound designer on numerous projects, including the films “Immortals”, “Takers” and “Into the Blue.” The sounds I created for the Spectrasonics virtual instruments Atmosphere™, Stylus™ RMX and Omnisphere® have been featured on the scores of dozens other films, video games and tv shows.
