Breakfast hasn't got to be complicated, and sometimes with IG, Facebook etc... you almost feel bad about looking at some of the food as it's so complicated, so here's my offer!

Cut up strawberries & bananas, weetabix from Aldi and milk... spoonful of honey as i like it!

Less than 400 calories and will keep me full until lunch, now tell me if that' too complicated ;)

Maria, how many times should people be training each week as a minimum?

Almost right! I've added the answer here :)

3 x per week is the absolute minimum you should be training to get the changes you want, as the consistency won't be there for the muscles to adapt otherwise!
