Locally owned and operated since 1983, Le Peep Boulder began with a desire to bring a new concept – breakfast-focused dining – to Boulder. Owner Alan Teran, a long-time Boulder resident and owner of the Boulder Cork restaurant for more than 40 years, was inspired to create a comfortable, down-to-earth breakfast eatery with out-of-this-world dishes. Le Peep Boulder was born.

Now, 30 years later, Le Peep Boulder continues to create innovative and delicious food paired with a casual, welcoming atmosphere. Le Peep continues its strong connection with local growers, and organic and locally grown produce are fixtures. As part of Le Peep’s commitment to the community, the menu features many gluten-free options. Le Peep Boulder also offers comfortable and shaded outdoor seating, and large and private meeting spaces for clubs and businesses.

Whether you’re searching for the perfect eggs benedict, a delicious gluten-free pancake, hearty sandwich or fresh mimosa to take the edge off a hangover, Le Peep Boulder has your palate covered.

AMAZING!!!! I've been going there for 10 years at least, you can order anything on the menu & not go wrong. Love the french toast, they serve it with this superb homemade fresh berry syrup. The entire family can always find something they love that fallows all our strange dietary needs. It's a joy everythime we go!!

I come here regularly and it's always absolutely amazing. They updated their menu recently and removed the dish I normally order, but they still make it for me every time I go. Service is fast and great. Food is delicious.

Nice - the Buff is always too crowded, so I come here and it's fine.

A great place for breakfast. The french toast was amazing. My wife had the gluten free waffles, and the were so good she thought they screwed up her order. But they were definitely gluten free. Personally, I would stay away from the eggs and bacon and just stick to pancakes and bread based dishes.

This little charming restaurant is one of my top three places to go for breakfast or brunch. They are generally pretty busy, but often worth the wait. I have never had bad service, and the food has alway's been amazing. I would definitely recommending calling before hand to get an estimate of wait time, because sometimes it can be very busy. I would definitely recommend Le Peep for brunch with some friends, and have a mimosa or two!

This place is amazing. They use all farm grown ingred & natural whole foods. Eating pancakes at Le Peep was more like eating healthy morsels of goodness & I didn't feel like I just ate my entire calorie allowance for the week. Healthy & scrumptious!!

Outstanding pancakes with granola and bananas. The egg selection is also pretty good, in particular the sausages and the peasant potatoes. I came here twice during my visit in boulder and I loved it every time of it!
