Locally owned and operated since 1983, Le Peep Boulder began with a desire to bring a new concept – breakfast-focused dining – to Boulder. Owner Alan Teran, a long-time Boulder resident and owner of the Boulder Cork restaurant for more than 40 years, was inspired to create a comfortable, down-to-earth breakfast eatery with out-of-this-world dishes. Le Peep Boulder was born.
Now, 30 years later, Le Peep Boulder continues to create innovative and delicious food paired with a casual, welcoming atmosphere. Le Peep continues its strong connection with local growers, and organic and locally grown produce are fixtures. As part of Le Peep’s commitment to the community, the menu features many gluten-free options.
