Worst experience ever. I purchased Groupon deal with 50% off to know after i went that we did not get any deal, we paid the full price for what we got, the food was less than average, service was terrible, very late, and short in staff as they said, and not worth any money. about 4 tables were complaining, and for $28 all we got was ONE plate and 2 teas ( this is supposed to be $56 regular price?!!!!!!!! really??) thats cheating and when we complained the manager said " I understand that its not worth it but i can't do anything" my husband got mad, so he said OK OK i will bring you another plate! i swear even with two plates its not worth it, there is no any kind of nice atmosphere or anything positive, its bad, save your money and go some where else, everything was bad.

Way too expensive for fondue! Even with a 50% off Groupon. It's good, but be prepared to open your wallet! For example, a cup of tea is $5! Fondue for 2 is over $50! Great atmosphere, too expensive.

Staff were very helpful. Although we showed up without reservation, the staff was able to arrange a table for us. The afternoon tea set was great. Big cup of tea, crunchy scone. Great service.

I chose cheese fondue for two, the food was very good, but is not enough for two people, I paid CAD$24,95 and after I ordered chocolate fondue sampler for CAD$ 9,95 to complete a lunch. If you'd like have lunch here isn't the restaurant to eat a lot.

Went there for a chocolate fondue. It was busy but the waiter was pleasant, efficient, and got us seated quickly. Looks like the kind of place that can get pretty packed. First thing I noticed about this place was the ambiance. Reminds me of the classic bubble tea places but it's not. Good mix of people..mostly women that day though. I can't remember if there was music, if so it was pretty quiet and not very intrusive. The menu is short and informative - how all menus should be. Ordered the chocolate fondu for 2 which was perfect. I was hoping it would all be in one bowel though so that you and your fondue partner could share that part of the meal. It took a while for the food to come once we ordered it but the polite waiter apologized. In fact that was another high point of this place. The waiter was very polite, attentive, and easy going. He was busy but he kept things under control. The chocolate is rich and fruit tastes fresh for the most part. There was lots of it. They also give you 3 small scoops of ice cream. They don't serve alcohol. I would go back to this place with friends or a date. It's open until 11 which I think is a bit early because it would be a great late night treat. All taken together, I liked. 4-stars

I went here for a chocolate fondue for an anniversary, and found it to be relatively pleasant if one was to keep their expectations in check. The decor is acceptable, service was tolerable, and the food was mildly above average. The restaurant is rife with fruit flies, which doesn't help the mood or perceived quality in the least. There's little privacy for the window seats, given the amount of foot traffic on Robson, so I recommend choosing different seats if you don't want people staring at you as they pass.

The cheese fondue was swiss cheese and tasted slightly sweet. It may have had some chicken broth in it but I'm not sure. I liked the bread and pretzels best with the cheese.
