Absolutely poor communicating and customer service. Sent my phone away to be repaired and got sent back Un-repaired 3 weeks later, even after phoning numerous times and after an expensive payment taken still nothing done about it. Very dissapointed. Won't be using this insurance company ever again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I have been without my phone for months, and still am! Their repair centres are apparently full so after much delay I've had to send it directly to the manufacturer for a repair quote. I forwarded "loveit coverit" the quote (as requested) over two weeks ago and, aside from a confirmation of receipt, have still not heard back. This has been going on for months, and I am sure it will be at least another month or two before I even see my device again. Awful communication, and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - NEVER INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY. I submitted my claim for an iPhone 5s on 2nd December. It took a full week for the claim to be accepted, and I was only notified of this after chasing multiple times. I then sent my phone by special delivery on Monday 12th December; it arrived on Tuesday 13th but I received no notification from Loveitcoverit of receipt (I had to check with Royal Mail) despite again asking several times. I was informed by a customer service representative before making the claim that I would receive a replacement phone within 3-5 working days of receipt. The website states the standard service is 48 hours. I have only today received any compensation for my phone - 38 DAYS after submitting my claim. The customer service was consistently terrible throughout– I received extremely delayed responses via email, and had to continuously chase for any updates. The cheque they said was sent never arrived, and at points I was openly lied to - a customer service representative told me the BACS transfer (which I had to request in place of the missing cheque and was never informed at the beginning was an option) would be carried out on Tuesday 3rd January, I asked for confirmation and he eventually replied over a day later (after 2 emails from me chasing) saying it would actually be done on the 5th. After I asked regarding the process to make an official complaint, I was completely ignored. I have now cancelled my insurance with loveitcover it and warned friends and family to stay away. I would recommend that no-one ever uses this company unless they are happy to go over a month without a phone, and be prepared to constantly chase to hear anything from their appalling customer service team.

Totally useless. Broken screen. Submitted claim Tuesday than no sign from them until Friday so i gave a call. They told me to take phone to local repairer and email quote after that, ok fair enough, than i recived emails about more informations they didn't even precise what they want, pic of phone box etc ... what I did when submitting form so they don't even check that properly. I read few reviews and now I understand that i should not to save few pounds and stay with my previous insurer. I'm going to cancel policy and repair phone at my expense as I got no time for TIMEWASTERS. TOTALLY USELESS !!!!! AVOID !!!!!! My rating would be 0 if i could.

Initial policy documents were not sent out, meaning I had to phone up twice to get this resolved, I had also sent an email to them to see if they could send these out and I still haven't received a reply. Within the claims form is says 'We will assess your returned claim form within two hours of receipt' which is also a lie as I had to phone up 2 hours after submitting my claim only to be told it would be 48 hours. I was also told I would receive a confirmation email once my claim had been accessed which I still have not received. Was told the VIP service meant I could get my phone replaced the next day this is also a lie even though my claim had been approved and my excess was paid prior to 4. I had spoken to a member of the team who confirmed my phone would be sent out that day and would be received tomorrow, meaning I phoned up the next day as I had not received a tracking number only to be told that the team hadn't even started to look for a replacement phone, and they wouldn't of been able to send one out yesterday regardless, as they have to be sent out by 2:30 not 4:00 as this is when DPD collects their deliveries. This meant I would have to wait for my phone for a further 2 days as they 'don't do Saturday delivery' I have now received my phone in the incorrect colour, I do understand that this is within their policy but after asking them if I could swap the phones over once my old phone had been fixed or a new one became available as a gesture of goodwill after all the issue's I have had, I was told ' The handset that has been issued is our full and final settlement of your claim. ' And now to top it off I have just seen that they have taken their monthly charge earlier than the arranged date. The lack of communication within this company is appalling, and the fact they can lie to their customer's regarding key selling points of the service is disguising

Only give one star because I cant give 0, got insurance for the VIP service they used to offer which meant I wasnt without a phone and a new phone would be delivered next day. Sent claim form and didnt recieve a response for 7 days even though in T&C it says 48 hours so 5 days late on that and only happened because phoned. I then got an email after paying my excess to say the phone was out of stock and 3 days later I have been told tey still cant get stock and offered me £399 for a Galaxy S7 Edge - my £50.00 excess..... id like to know were you can get a GS7 edge for £349!

Terrible terrible terrible. Don't be fooled by their "vip never be without your phone" they take 48 hours to come back to you with your original claim and try to get out of the claim. I've never known a company like this!

If your thinking and saw the VIP option and thinking wow sounds awesome DON'T!! I MADE THE WORST CHOICE TAKING THERE INSURANCE They have the worst communication skills there customer service was horrible I had to chase them up 10 or more times during my claim. I was promised a call back a email back I didn't get jack they even made fun of my situation while I was on the phone the girl sounded drunk . The manager was ment to contact me during this claim but the customer agent started getting defensive and tried saying how your not the only person that has a claim with us and didn't even want to listen or understand that I've been contacting for a few day and waited 32mins each time perhaps longer in previous calls to get through to them,But also i been chasing them up 9 times before that and she got so rude and unprofessional.it was worst experience they definitely don't know How to treat there customers fairly and if there regulated by the FCA they need to get shut down they really caused me a lot of stress I tell you there's so much more.In the end of all the stress and waiting 4 days taking time off work waiting for this phone then when it cam I was sent a black phone when I had a gold edition s7 edge I was so unhappy and upset and they started throwing there terms and conditions at me and I wasn't even ask would I be happy with a black phone or can I wait until they get gold s7 edges. I it just annoyed the he'll out of me and when I ask the guy can I speak to your manager because I want to see what the other options are and there always busy and those terms and conditions kept coming to my ear about 9 or ten times its states it in out terms and conditions I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW RUBBISH AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE I ACCEPT THE BLACK S7 EDGE BAISICLY MY DEFEAT I would have waited if they asked me if I would like the black one or if I want to wait it's ment to be VIP service turned out a load of POO.also it's -0 star if that exists
