It is unfortunate that you are disappointed with my standard of care. Your son's condition is commonly known to progress to a state where surgery with anesthesia would be necessary to correct if I did not intervene and do what I am trained to do. The situation was explained. The patient weighed 20 pounds which is about 10kg. The dose of Children's Motrin is 10mg per kg which is 100mg. One teaspoon, "5 milliliters of baby Motrin", is 100mg. My recommended dosage is accurate.
