I ordered a 32 GB Aluminum Nexus 6P direct from Huawei's website due to the Affirm financing option. I placed the order on October 21st.

I've call the Huawei's support number twice to check on the status of my order, mainly because I never received an estimated shipping date and my order on their website still says "Processing". The first call was placed the week or so after I ordered the phone. I was told by the rep that the phone would ship by the second week of November. Near the end of last week, which was the second week of November, I called again. The rep said that it was odd that my phone has not shipped yet. She assured me that it would ship soon, orders shipped in the order they are received, etc. 

Yesterday, after seeing people starting to get delivery info (with order dates later than mine), I figured I'd try the chat feature on Huawei's site:

info: Thank you for choosing Huawei Device USA Chat Support. A representative will be with you shortly.
info: You are now chatting with 'Brian'
you: Hello Brian. I'm checking to see when my order is shipping. HUAWEXXXXXXXX
Brian: I understand, one moment while I research this for you.
you: My first Affirm payment is due by the weekend and I'm not wild about making payments on an item I have not received yet. Thank you.
Brian: I do see your order was placed Oct. 21; please understand that the order delivery time-frame was scheduled for early or late November. We are still hoping to have a tracking number available for you within the month, when available.
you: Ok, but you do see how unreasonable it is for me to make payments on something I have not received yet?
Brian: Of course, I definitely understand the concern; however in any events if you do wish to cancel you would receive a full refund.
you: Ok, so sometime this month you are saying I should receive it?
Brian: Correct
you: Ok, thanks
Brian: We thank you for your inquiry today and hope your experience with Huawei has been a pleasant one. In an effort to continuously improve our service, please click 'close chat' in the upper right corner and you will be provided a survey to complete. 

What kind of an answer is "the order delivery time-frame was scheduled for early or late November"??? Can you be any more vague? If Huawei was worried about impressing American customers, they have good reason to worry. It's almost like they want you to cancel the order and order it through Google.

I'm strangely curious to see how long it takes Huawei to ship the damn thing.
