I've seen a lot of research these past couple of years on how bilingual brains process information so this makes sense.

"It turns out that training a machine-learning system to translate between two languages automatically teaches it useful things about the relationship and appropriate context of words. When this system is used as the foundation for another machine-learning system—one trained to hold a conversation, say, or to detect the sentiment in text—it performs far better than a system trained from scratch."

This is so crucial "What’s often overlooked is the importance of establishing a cross-functional team with visibility across the organization. This is essential to determine where in the organization impact is most needed. If you build a team that brings in operations, sales, finance, and the executive suite, you are more likely to figure out where the real bottlenecks and opportunities are, and you are more likely to come up with practical solutions that actually start solving them."

"Companies are succeeding with AI by partnering smart machines with smart people, who are learning how to take advantage of what those machines can do. In short, AI implementation success depends on your ability to hire and develop problem-solvers, equip them with data (and potentially AI), and then empower them to actually solve problems."

"Research suggests that empathy thinking helps us see understand context , impact our cognitive behavior and thus helps in putting ourselves in someone else shoes. In design context, empathizing with user articulated, unarticulated needs and wants helps us solve design challenges."
