I live in this town and have taken lots of snaps of the new station and the area around Northey Point. I live in one of the buildings just beyond your camera view. If I don't hear the trains, I can't sleep,!

You must have something noisy near the QTH, right around 9 MHz if I read the bottom display correctly. What electronic BS device could be throwing out junk like that once a second? That must blow, but you got good copy.

I'm a ham radio op. and I tried decoding the EAS tones with Audacity and MultiPSK, the latter which can decode EAS.  The frequency of the databursts seems to be about correct, but I haven't been able to decode them.  The producers (of the trailer) probably took audio samples from an EAS encoder in some TV facility.  The signal has a preamble (which you sometimes hear during Amber Alerts in Mass.), a data packet which indicates the emergency (severe weather), the counties affected, and the expiration time.  Then you hear the old EAS beeeeeeep, and then the voice announcement.  Afterwards is an end code.  I think we're hearing the end code which is why I can't decode anything.
