Nala had never been spade. She was 11 yrs old and had developed a condition that needed an operation. My usual Vet and insurance wouldn't cover this issue. But they suggested a non-profit clinic that might be able to accept her. They did and I was able to set-up payments with VetBilling to an arrangement that was feasible. I'm on social security and was grateful for the opportunity. Otherwise her condition would eventually be fatal. It was very simple paper work to fill-out at the office and approval from the operating Veterinarian. The payment plan was clear and set-up for auto withdrawal. Nala recuperated very well, no complications and everything is back to normal. VetBilling was great!!

I went to give Hank, my English Bulldog, a bath which I tried to do about once a month at least. While I was washing him his hair started falling out in clumps! I was horrified and called my vet. It was on a Saturday and they were just closing and said they could not see him, but she referred me to an emergency hospital in town who I called and they told me to bring him in immediately. They needed to keep Hank over night to proceed with some testing and to try and keep him comfortable from pain because he had so much hair loss he was bleeding in spots. I was actually blessed that it was a weekend emergency and had to go to this vet clinic, they were amazing with Hank and kept me up to date a couple of times a day, even over the weekend, of his status. Turns out my boy had Cushioning Disease, Thyroid Disease and severe allergies. He had to stay a couple of days at the clinic and between the vet bill and his medication he needed, it was a financial situation I had not planned on! The hospital recommended VetBilling to me as a payment option and I couldn’t have been more appreciative! Hank’s health kept decreasing over the next couple of months and that involved more and more vet visits and medications. I was able to have the clinic give Hank the best treatment and attention they possibly could thanks to VetBilling and their extended plan! I knew the staff at the emergency hospital loved Hank. I really wish they could have known Hank before that emergency visit. He had such personality and was so lovable! Unfortunately I had to have my baby boy put to sleep, but I was able to have more time with him thanks to the wonderful staff at the emergency hospital and the help of VetBilling!

My black brindle greyhound-pit mix developed a huge mass on her right ear a couple weeks ago. We monitored it for about a week, but I took her to the vet to get it checked out because it didn't seem to be getting better. It didn't appear to be getting any bigger, but it was causing her a lot of pain. It turns out that mass was a hematoma, which may have been caused by her shaking her head hard enough to cause a capillary to bust open. The doctor said it normally requires surgery to repair the capillary and she appears to have a slight ear infection as well. With the surgery and doctor visits I was looking at a total of $682.00. My family was not able to put out that kind of money at the time. We struggle daily due to the way our household income is. Having this option available rather than typical financing that requires a hard credit-check made it possible for Sapphire to get the care that she needed to start feeling better. Thank you.

Our pit bull suddenly became very ill. We rushed her to the vet and numerous expensive tests were needed to be done, fast. Meatball was not doing well and there was major concern for her. Thank you VetBilling for allowing me not to panic on the cost of saving my best friend’s life. I could concentrate on the necessary tests and treatments that Meatball needed. It was so helpful to know you guys had my back financially. I have 2 kids in college and both payments were due that day. I didn’t have to decide between saving my beloved dog or my kids college semester. Thankfully Meatball survived, had excellent care and is now thriving. Thank you VetBilling for some major peace of mind when I really didn’t need more stress.

"My dog means the world to me and he broke a nail all the way up to the bone. It didn't seem that bad at first but it got to the point of him limping and not being able to bare weight. I couldn’t watch him be in pain and was worried about his well being so I called around to a lot of different vets in the area to see what the price would be for the procedure to fix the issue. All were above what I had in my account and all required payment at the time of service. I knew I would not get approved for care credit so after searching and calling I came up on an animal hospital that offered VetBilling payment plans. A soft credit check was required and they presented me with flexible payments and a low down payment that I could afford. They treated me and my dog with respect and understood the situation and worked with my dog who has anxiety and is hard to deal with at the vet. I will definitely be coming back to this place for all future vet associated services." - Rachel F, pet owner of Hemi
