Full Time Library Assistant – Youth Services Coordinator

The Minocqua Public Library is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and creative individual who enjoys working with youth of all ages to fill the position of Youth Services Coordinator. A passion for books and reading is essential, as well as an ability to inspire young readers through a variety of programs and activities. Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills are required; a tech savvy individual is highly desired. The +Rhinelander District Library is hiring for two positions!

1. Circulation Clerk 10-15 hours a week.
$10-12/hour, depending.
Applications are available at the Circulation desk or send application materials to director@rhinelanderlibrary.org.
Meet and greet your neighbors—see the world through library materials—and help people find what they are looking for, answer questions, input data, make sure items return in good condition, shelve, help with computers, be creative, and possibly more—right here at your library circulation desk! And get paid for it. Other duties as assigned.

2. Library Internship 15 hours a week.
$10-12/hour—up to 12 weeks (negotiable),
Rhinelander District Library, Rhinelander, Wisconsin
Start as early as May 27 or as late as June 10.

The T.B. Scott Free Library in Merrill is Hiring!

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/HEAD OF ADULT SERVICES

DEADLINE: May 6, 2017. Interviews will be scheduled the following week.

SALARY: Salary range $46,000 to $56,000 depending on experience. Full time salaried position with City of Merrill benefits.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or Masters Degree. 5 years of progressively responsible library experience. Strong computer skills and technology problem-solving abilities essential. Excellent communication, people, and PR skills. Comparable training and experience will be considered.

JOB DUTIES: Assist in planning, coordinating, and administering programs of library. Responsible for overall department operation, including supervision of departmental employees.
