We would like to thank the six young people from the Kent Youth Action Forum who helped host, judge and record the Kent Secondary Schools Drama Competition.

We would also like to thank Allan Gregory, Tobacco Control Manager for Kent Alliance on Smoking and Health for sponsoring the competition and for being extremely supportive.

Congratulations to all the students who participated in the Kent Secondary Schools Drama Competition last night. Results are: 1st place - Hugh Christie Technology College, 2nd place - Thamesview, 3rd place - Mascalls. Runners up were Borden Grammar and Hayesbrook. It was a fantastic evening and all the students really excelled themselves.

Just a reminder that our Secondary Schools Drama Competition is Wednesday 14 March at The Stag Theatre, Sevenoaks - 5 pm. Schools in the final are Borden Grammar, Hayesbrook, Hugh Christie Technology College, Mascalls and Thamesview.

Primary Emotional First Aid Training

Supporting children in their emotional wellbeing

Every Wednesday morning from the 25th April until 30th May 2012 (6 sessions)
9.00am – 12.30pm at Concorde Youth Centre, Ramsgate.

The Primary Emotional First Aid training course is directed at staff and practitioners working with Children between the ages of 5-11 years old. e.g. Teachers, SENCo, FLOs, Inclusion Managers, Social Workers, Learning Support Assistants, Mentors, etc
