We bought a new home with a water system that we were unfamiliar with; the previous owners used Aquascience so we decided to give them a try. Huge mistake!! The first time they came out they did fix the problem but we found out a few months later that they didn't do something correct and caused another problem and of course charged us another service call. Here it is not even a week later and we're having problems again. We called them tonight and got major attitude from the man on the phone. All we wanted to do was ask a question about the system. In response to their response: you wouldt let my husband talk- there was a lot of attitude from you. We were prepared for your company to fix the problem that day and the guys there couldn't get out of my house fast enough. We should have listened to the neighbors that also stoped using Aquascience.

WOW lets tell the whole story. There was no attitude, I explain it was almost 6 PM and we closed at 4:30 and I could not get the records for the work that was done. The problem you had was a frozen drain line not installed by my company. I explained if you wanted someone to come out it was an after hours call. I also explained if you had called earlier in the day we could have sent the service guy out then. But really at 6 pm on a Friday what do you want from me? When you did ask your question I told you "yes if the line frozen again(coldest day of the year) you might have the problem again. If you did not move the drain line as the service guy explained to you, how is it our fault it froze again. I can force you to do something. First off I did let your husband speak , I told him the computer was shut down for the weekend and I would have better info for him on Monday. He then said it was just like before and I explained to him that someone had put a different drain line in and that had frozen and you were informed that it needed to be protected from the cold. So it was nothing to do with my company nor our system. As for attitude, you gave that to my employees when they got to here before they even looked at the system. They did what they needed to do and left before you could yell at them again. Please don't use my company anymore as I hate when people only see one side and blame us for others problems have a happy holiday.

A young man came today and was helpful, he diagnosed the problem, answered all my questions, and gave me maintenance tips on all of the water treatment components, even the equipment the company did not install. They will be the first people I call if and when a problem arises. I knew he was good when he came in he dismantled the pump as no one else has done, and cleaned and inspected other parts unrelated to the pump.

I shopped around and Steve talks a good story . I was going to buy one on line for hundreds less . He said I pay him more for the warranty. If it breaks he comes out to fix it. Well it has been less then a year ,I never here it run , it hasn't used any salt , I didn't think its working , and the salt tank is full of water .So I call steve ,,, I was told to bring a sample in . Guess what its not working ... then I was told I can down load a manual and fix it myself..well I gave that a shot. lets see how this turns out ???? Ok so sat I take the time to find the repair manual . I look it over for some time . then sunday go see what I can find . Well I figured it out , found the part that was no good from the day I got it . I call steve ,, he wants to know what I found wrong . I asked if he was going to pay me for the hours it took me to figure it out . I ask him if others have warranty that you have to figure the problem ,, that would be great if your new car , or fridge washer or dryer don't work , they tell you to figure it out for them... and may need to charge a service call to fix your new item .... as in other review steve is a fast talker , knows everything and is the best ,, just ask him

We offered to go out and see and if it was not our fault we would have to charge for the call.

These people are so self righteous that they will not fix anything they do wrong. Why would they, they are perfect and run the best place on earth, Just ask them. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and ensure it wasn't working before I call them for a service call, oops I waited 40 days after service. 30 days is their window to call sorry too late, pay us again.

I can understand how you feel but we have to have rules and you did wait 40 days before you call us. 30 days is a long time and since you wanted to wait you could have called before the 30 days and said you don't think it is working but we want to wait a little long. Sadly we have to set limits.
