Hey Everyone,

One of the greatest ways to build up your spirit is to exercise your body. Being healthy can have extremely positive spiritual benefits. I find that one of the places where I experience the ability to breakthrough my own spiritual barriers and poor mindsets is while I am on a run.

Typically, I a pushing one of my children in a stroller. We are sailing through the forest along a trail paved with asphalt. In such moments, listening to my audio Bible, its as though I can suddenly experience clarity and transcendence. So I want to encourage you if you have never done it to try jogging as part of your weekly summer routine.

A bit of inspiration while you're at it: On this day, July 11th, 1924, Eric Liddell ran for the olympic gold. His reason for the race was to avoid a meet that would place his scheduled run on a Sunday morning. Resolving not to run on the Sabbath, Liddell choose to compete in a race he had never attempted. He wound up setting a new world record and went on to engage in missions work for the rest of his life.

Are you looking for surge of creativity in your life. Try exercising. God bless!

Hey Everyone,
Here is a little quote from one of my favorite theologians: C.F.W. Walther. This is a great advice for those of us who preach! I think it helps us to really see a bigger vision for our sermons than just the response of our listeners. So always remember that the gospel is more important than anything----including the reaction of our hearers! Amen. Share if you agree. Thanks friends!
