I'm so glad you chose this recipe because it is so perfect for the crazy holidays when we have family and friends visiting. I LOVE your hollandaise with the rich color from your hen's eggs. So beautiful! Thank you for your kind words and I'm glad you enjoyed the recipe :-)
I love Eggs Benedict! It was always a fancy brunch kinda breakfast. The salty Canadian Bacon, poached egg and warm, creamy Hollandaise sauce over a toasted English muffin. What is there not to love? Okay, maybe trying to make and serve it to a crowd. That is not an easy task.

Andrea, I was lucky to have your blog this month and Loved all your recipes - it was so hard to narrow it down! This lemon fettuccine looks amazing and so refreshing. I know my Italian husband would eat the entire batch by himself, LOL!
There is something almost magical about fresh pasta. Pasta is surprisingly simple to make at home, but is nothing like it's shelf stable counter part. Fresh pasta is flavorful, filling and has a bite to it that is memorable. In my house, freshly made noodles are a simple way to create a little ...
