Worth noting.

I started the realization of something similar with my Personal Archive DIgitization Project which ended in 2014 (http://ronaldpoell.blogspot.com/2014/01/personal-archive-digitalization-project.html) and the usage of this data in my own AI project Gaia (see e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJJq0G8Apo4&t=3s).

Hopefully I can find the time this weekend to write a blog post on the lessons learned from the past for RDF and data access authorization (and a few other things) in the hope the "Solid" paradigm will become really solid.
It will summarize various topics already published in the past 2 decades (in fact almost 3 because it all started in the late 80' with Notion System) like the most recent ones among them:

Information Philosophy For the Semantic Network 2009 (http://snt.ronaldpoell.eu/papers/InformationPhilosophyForTheSemanticNetworkv1.0.pdf)

The n-triples, n-quads and .... n-quinds 2013 (http://ronaldpoell.blogspot.com/2013/11/the-n-triples-n-quads-and-nquinds.html)

Information extraction, yes ... but the right way ! 2013 (http://ronaldpoell.blogspot.com/2013/11/information-extraction-yes-but-right-way.html)

RDF-guys, please make languages what they should be 2013 (http://ronaldpoell.blogspot.com/2013/11/rdf-guys-please-make-languages-what.html)

What about dates? Solved? 2013 (http://ronaldpoell.blogspot.com/2013/12/what-about-dates-solved.html)

LinkedIn apparently enables time travel (or How to screw up things).
I replied to a message before it was send.
The video referred is "Gaia telling my residence history story" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJJq0G8Apo4)

Another example of what Gaia can do. This comes from the GPS module.

The story has been created by the AI from 2+ million GPS points and that "at 3 a.m. I'm usually at home".
The analysis provides a high order fact (the chronology where I lived over time) which is turned into a story each time I ask for it. The reply generator module will not aways produce the same spoken or written result.

Another short screencast of one of the things Gaia can do. Gaia is the artificial intelligence I'm currently working on.
I asked her to tell me where I've been living and she came up with this short story.

I almost finished another dataset to add to my "Personal Big Data".
(see http://ronaldpoell.blogspot.com.mt/2014/01/personal-archive-digitalization-project.html) for a previous state.

This last part are 2.000.000+ GPS data points of my movements on Earth collected since August 2008.

The other things in the archive:
16.000+ documents (some 26.000 pages - estimated)
45.000+ images
25.000+ emails (estimated)
6.000+ chat messages (estimated)

It's time to let Gaia crunch all this (see https://ronaldpoell.blogspot.com/2013/11/a-leap-in-artificial-intelligence.html and further).

My expectations are that some 25 thousand higher order facts about my life so far can be extracted.

Mixed feelings.
Google has been granted a patent on fact extraction very similar to what I've been working and writing on for two decades.
Having that patent now makes it harder to do the same thing by someone else.

A few links to show the above:

Blog in 2013: http://ronaldpoell.blogspot.com.mt/2013/11/information-extraction-yes-but-right-way.html

Annotated book 2013 (with extracted facts and graphs): http://genealogy.ronaldpoell.eu/genealogy/sources/arcen/Gerard-Mathieu-Poell/beschrijvinglimburg/index.html

Answering machine in Second Life and Information Extraction from Unstructured Sources - SneGate (2009 I think): http://snt.ronaldpoell.eu/applications.html

The elements illustrated in the links are part of the patent.

I'm glad that they are heading in the right direction, but sad that, again, I'm not really acknowledged for my work and ideas.
Google was granted a patent for extracting facts to a fact repository to use to answer queries with. #SemanticWeb #TriplesofData
