Last month, LEGO announced they were accepting submissions for Doctor Who on their Cuusoo site.
On Thursday, a collaborative Who project by GlenBricker and Kaminoan reached 10,000 supporters, meaning LEGO will now be officially reviewing and considering the set.
This is due to take place between May and September this year, and if successful, it will be eventually developed for release.

First, create a form for contestants to fill out.
Second, use autocrat per these instructions:
Following the above instructions will set you up with one google document per database row that sits on the backend of your form.
Third, use the instructions on the following link, to merge all of the google documents into one big document.
The advantage of using these scripts in conjunction is that the form can have real names and email addresses, but the content generated can have that removed and some id number generated per entry. In other words, the "judges" of you contest will get all the content without names, but you ( as the contest organizer) can announce winners by matching id numbers with the real names.
I'm going to try this out. I was too late in finding this to help , but there's always next year, right?

I love pen-and-paper RPGs, history, conlangs (and artlangs) and thoughtful Christianity.
My son is hard of hearing. Although he is quite verbal, his preferred method of communication is sign. For that reason, I know some Signing Exact English and a smattering of ASL. More than that, my son is wildly imaginative and very curious about a myriad of things like planets, dinosaurs, letter and number systems, dolphins and gardening.
My daughter is precious. She signs better than I do. She is also fearless, thoughtful, loving and energetic. It goes without saying that she takes after her mother.
My wife is simply amazing. There's not a good summary for all that she is.
