When did it become normal to accept that when we reach our mid 50's we will have to take some form of pharmaceutical to help keep us going or as a 'just-in-case' remedy against a chronic degenerative disease?

How many healthy meals does it take to lose 20 lbs? Or how many miles on the tread- mill does it take to shed 5 inches? Obviously it takes more than one, and you've got to stick with it to maintain the results. Well, the same goes for your Chiropractic care.

It takes more than one adjustment to change your state of health. It’s true, the body has a greater potential to improve even after just one adjustment. But like eating well and exercising, you achieve lasting results only with repetition and consistency.

So how long should you stick with your new diet regimen, exercise routine or spinal maintenance plan? The answer is, as long as you want to be healthy... and hopefully that’s for the rest of your Life. In the world of fitness, healthy eating and Chiropractic, there’s no such thing as ‘one and done.’ You've got to stick with it to reap the rewards.

EAT REAL FOOD, MOVE YOURSELF, BE THE BALANCE, KEEP THE POWER ON!

The 80/20 principle has been found to recur in many areas of life.

In business 80% of sales are made by 20% of staff.

Microsoft found that by fixing 20% of their software problems they stopped 80% of their errors and crashes.

Another example is that 80% of crimes are committed by 20% of criminals.

I think you get the idea.

The tide may just be turning. The Cholesterol Hypothesis (eating fat = high cholesterol = heart disease) is deeply flawed.
