I run Flow's South Africa office in Cape Town. We deal with all kinds of user experience projects, from researching emerging markets to interaction design for global software projects.
During the '90s I designed I developed websites and managed
production teams for TV Guide in the US, and for the BBC and Lastminute.com in the UK.
I've been consulting in user experience since 1999, when I joined Flow. I've designed all sorts of user experiences and worked with hundreds of users in the process. I've worked with plenty of different client organisations too - including Vodafone, Standard Life and The BBC.
I live in Cape Town, South Africa, with my wife and two daughters. It's lovely here.
