We have had good experiences in the past, today not so. A mushroom-lentil soup that was very watery and not too flavorful. My wife did enjoy the arugula and beet salad. the value was not there I had a 1/2 prime rib sandwich it was a little bigger than a slider. But the kicker was a pumpkin creme brulee' for $6+ if it was a quarter of an inch thick I'd be surprised and it was served in a casserole that had a thick bottom to make it appear like a lot

There was a 1.5 hour wait at P.F. Chang's so we decided to give Biaggi's a try. I was excited because as I was walking in I heard a girl say to her friend that it's an "awesome Italian restaurant". The service was fine and they were all very attentive and polite. We ordered Calamari Fritti for an appetizer and it was just OK. Cheap frozen calamari. The two sauces they serve are too similar in my opinion. Would have been better to have one tomato based sauce and then an aioli. For an entree we went with the Shrimp Primavera. Pasta was overcooked and the sauce was bland. The vegetables in it were completely raw except for asparagus which oddly enough was perfectly cooked. Shrimp was cooked OK as well. For dessert we ordered a Tiramisu and a Creme Brulee. The Tiramisu was completely soaked and soggy from some kind of liquid they pour in the plate. It was literally like it had been soaking in this liquid all night. The brulee not only looked terrible but it was obviously old, the crust was soggy and jiggled when touched and the custard was the consistency of mashed potatoes. Just awful. The chef's should be embarrassed and ashamed they even let those leave the kitchen. It is very obvious the leadership of this restaurant does not care much about the quality of the food they serve. I will not be going back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've gone on a couple dates here and the atmosphere is very nice. The food has never been a problem in my book. I had one occasion where I sent my chicken parm back because it was warm not hot and they took care of it immediatly. I like Biaggi's seating arrangements because you don't feel like your sitting with the table next to you. A perfect example of this is Cheesecake Factory which feels like I'm at a high end cafeteria. All in all its a great place to go on dates.

DINER REVIEW • FEB 13, 2014 I ordered special of night beef cheeks . On the menu it was described will melt in you're mouth . We'll not only it was rubbery it was squeaky . That's the best way. I could describe it. They were nice enough to offer me second dish, so I choose another special of the night Bill fish from Hawaii . We'll the middle of the fish was so raw I thought I was having sushi . I don't recommend Biaggi's at all. I should have gone PF Cheng next door to them. Location is East View Mall Victor NY. I hope I won't get sick from raw fish. Thanks Biaggi's for ruining my evening and valentine's / birthday dinner.

So today was a NONO day, strong wind wouldn't let me go for a walk, snow slowed down my walking speed and had a bad experience at Biaggi restaurant! I usually never complain about food, so this is the first time! Food was bland, no salt in the free appetizer, no salt in the shrimp primavera pasta and very gross tiramisù dessert, all wet, no flavour! I guess the chef is allergic to salt and sugar! I recommend to taste the food before it leaves the kitchen! Btw I'm Italian and that is not Italian food, flavour was totally different!

There was hardly any customers inside yet the service took forever and barely got enough food. Portions are way too small. Bread was cold, not going back

Had a couple of large dinner parties in their separate room, the service and food were all top notch! Much better than the "banquet food" we normally get. They are a pleasure to work with.
