I attended a wedding in Dallas, Tx and stayed at a hotel with a no pet policy. I found Pet Paradise online which was close to the hotel and had good online reviews, so I decided to board my miniature schnauzer who is aggressive towards other dogs. Anyways, the place was clean, staff were extremely friendly, and the drop off and pick up times were extremely fast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This place has the worst customer service ever. I was charged $5 to taper my neckline without them disclosing this fee before hand, and by the supposed manager that goes by the name "Jules" who thinks that she's either in an '80's movie or 15 years old...or both. Balls was unapologetic and plain rude. Guess it shows you that anyone can be a manager, or cut hair for that matter. She gave me a supposed name of her manager who never returned my call and emailed the website to no response as well. Seriously don't come here unless you like hidden fees.

We drank beer here while our clothes were being washed next door. The staff here are super friendly and welcoming. Not sure if they were the owners but they really knew how to treat customers. We were going to come back and order some hotdogs, but they closed that day at 3pm. When we come back to the area we will definitely come back. BTW the hotdogs were huge!

Great little Inn. Rooms are very clean and have a microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron/board, Direct TV, nice firm bed, and a desk with chair. The receptionist was extremely nice and matched the price on Expedia. Pets are welcomed with a $15 a day fee which really isn't bad. The facility itself is kept up with and there is a pool. Wifi is spotty, but for one night not a bad place at all.

I went there on a Tuesday, TUESDAY, with some co-workers for a birthday happy hour. The waitress was slower than renewing my driver license at DPS with coming by our table for another round. Then the waitress, with an extra chromosome, tells me with no sense of urgency that she gave my credit card to another customer 30 mins before! This idiot then tells the bar manager and not one word from the manager. Not an apology, NOTHING! Just a look of stupidity on both their smug faces. This place wasn't even busy, because it was a TUESDAY at 5:30pm! Def won't be back there again.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 days and would definitely come back. The two receptionist were very friendly and were very accommodating as we were traveling with our dog. The Inn has a bar and grill in the back which has live music everyday and the music wasn't too loud which we liked. My complaint back there was that the servers allowed us to have our dog with us at the furthest covered eating area towards the bay, but the manager saw and told us that our dog wasn't allowed in the area and could only be towards an area by the bay, but there weren't any tables to eat at. The different servers we had allowed us to have the dog in the covered area, but warned us that the manager would run us out if she saw. I didn't understand this because the other pet friendly restaurants on the beach allowed us to eat outside with our dog, but I realize not everyone likes to eat by dogs. We stayed in the rooms by the pool, which had a cool retro feel. The room was configured weird because there is a separate fridge/microwave area in between the shower/toilet room and the sink area. (hard to explain). The cleaning lady only came once while we were still asleep and never came back to clean...she may have forgotten. A room complaint for us was that there should be a front door mat for sand and water. It rained during our stay and because the room has tile floors everything got wet and sandy. Right above the door appears to be a painted window....which the Inn should keep and not paint over. I think that brings more of a retro feel, but it probably broke long ago with various hurricanes. Overall, great stay. If you have dogs, I highly recommend.

Anyone that rates this place 5 stars and says "nice hotel" or "best beds ever" are obviously from the owners. This is the grossest motel I've ever stayed at. Stay far away from this place! Rooms are DIRTY, everything from the bathroom mirror to the curtains are haphazardly kept in place by rusty nails, chewing gum, and mold. I only stayed here because there was no availability at the nearby Hotels and it was booked by phone via Expedia. I would have never stayed here, had I saw this dump of a cesspool. No way, no how!
