I recently took my family to Winston's for the first time. we were pleaesd with the variety in the menu and impressed with the flavor and quality of the dishes we selected. we will definitely be going back and look forward to it. I definitely recommend Winston's, especially if you are looking for something different from the "standard fare".

Winston's Grille is where we go for great food, exceptional customer service and familiar faces! We have used Winston's as a place to host meetings and Christmas parties in the past and they go above and beyond. I recommend Winston's for everything from date night to company events.

Arguably the best hamburger I've ever had. Everything is extremely fresh, and delicious is an understatement. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service was second to none. I'm sold. (Can't wait to try the banana foster)

Winston's has been a locally owned restaurant for nearly 30 years, and it's clearly a part of the nearby North Ridge Country Club wannabe elite/socialite crowd. It's been voted a top location for a business lunch in Raleigh, along with other awards. Winston's vibe is an extension of a stereotypical country club -- replete with a pretentious ethos, overly servile and sappily positive staff. The good news is that you can tell the staff is just following a set of guidelines obviously dictated from management to keep up appearances. The food quality is above average, as it should be, considering the prices. The service quality can be, surprisingly, hit or miss...but, even the misses here are notches above most other restaurants in Raleigh.

I have had the calamari, health nut, blacknbleu, crabcake salads, rotisserie chicken, cashew salmon, prime rib, and all of the homemade ice cream and deserts are very well prepared with large portion sizes of high quality food and a good price for casual fine dining. I also recommend the meatloaf special and the fish fry special

So good! Excellent service and great food. We had the daily specials and both were superb. The bananas foster is to die for!

We called a few days in advance for a reservation and were told there were none available. We decided to chance it and go anyway. We only had to wait for half an hour or so but nonetheless were disappointed in looking around the restaurant to find that there were more than a few open tables. I'm not sure why we had to wait the time that we did when there were clearly places to eat. Our waitress Hannah was fantastic. She even asked if I would like to go ahead and put my 3 year old son's order in, anticipating that he was hungry as we were waiting on my husband to arrive. She seemed at ease and I didn't feel like I was getting a rehearsed speech, as I often get at other places. The kid's chicken tenders were awesome and I ordered the cashew salmon. I would order it again but with something other than rice. Jasmine rice would've been great but rice pilaf doesn't go well with such a flavorful sauce. The rice pilaf was oily and didn't look as fresh as I would've liked. Overall the service was prompt (once we were seated) and the kid's menu was outstanding so we will likely dine there again.
