OK, some context for this: A few days ago, Netanyahu gave a speech in which he explained how Hitler didn't originally want to kill the Jews at all, but only decided to do so after he was convinced to by the (Palestinian) Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. [1]

In doing so, he has managed to pull off the rather impressive feat of simultaneously pissing off Jews, Arabs, Nazis, and people who care about history.

He has also managed to unite Jews and Palestinians in creating memes to mock him. Because really, you kind of have to.

The Downfall parody is priceless.

I cannot think of a more fitting LEGO set for our own little Ada, who was born 198 years to the day after Ada Lovelace.

Please help make this a reality!

Me1 (quoting Arthur C. Clarke): "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."

Me2: "Define 'sufficiently advanced'"

Me1: "Erh, Sufficiently advanced as to appear as magic, I guess..."

Me2: "I see what you did there" :-)

"If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple."
Luke 14:26
I think I'll give that disciple thing a pass, then. Except for brethren, I do happen to have all of the above, and I also happen to love them all deeply...

Whose bright idea was it to have MS SQL mandate collation? And, for all that is good and pure in this world, why?

I do not condone capital punishment, but sometimes it takes discipline to stick to that...

I get that Steve Jobs was a stickler for simplicity, and I know that fsck (File System ChecK), by virtue of its name, only promises to check the file system, not actually repair it...
I also get that he wanted to break with tradition, which could be the excuse for not making fsck_hfs capable of actually fixing HFS+ file systems (and having it loop continuously upon failure to do is certainly a novel idea), but couldn't he, for the love of whatever gods (Cthulhu?) he was into, have broken with the tradition of using file systems that were inadequate even back in their heyday in the early 1980s?
