This is a quad Julia with points of:

{ 0.0, 1.0, 0.25 }
{ 0.0, -1.0, 0.5 }
{ -0.7, 0.36, 0.75 }
{ -0.7, -0.36, 1.0 }

The third column represents each points probability ratio.

There is a heck of a lot of details going on here! AFAICT, there are shooting Mandelbrot like antennae blasting off this fractal.
