2013 saw the topping out of 1WTC, the tallest and most-anticipated building in the World Trade Center.
Developments in Hudson Yards (the neighborhood emerging around Lincoln Tunnel) and downtown Manhattan have perked up interest in living in these up-and-coming neighborhoods.
