This is my 3rd time coming and i will continue to come here. The atmosphere is great, food is excellent. Service always great. As soon as you snter the host tells you your possible waitress or waiters name. The hostess knows the menu as well which is helpfull when you come in. My favorite dish here is their pad thai. I had their crunch crab roll and tomato basil soup. So yummy. If you want to relax enjoy a great meal while in baltimore this is the place to go.

Thank you for the great feed back about your recent visit. We look forward to hosting you again in the near future for more of that great Pad Thai. Kind Regards Sam Sara General Manager Baltimore Kona Grill

Just about everything that could go wrong did. First getting orders took forever, drinks then took 10 minutes to get to us. 2 friends ordered sushi to come with the entrees but was given it before they came out. Waiter's excuse was to blame the chefs. The food came eventually and was mediocre at best for the price you pay. When it came to getting the check the waiter only gave us 1 when we asked for separate checks, when we asked him to split them he said that he couldn't do that. Then said we should have told him earlier. An overall, horrible experience filled with lackluster excuses for such poor service.

Great place to eat. Not really a place to take a date when your getting to know the person, but pretty cool for a settled in couple. Great place to meet friends and hang out. They have great sushi and a dining area where they can pull back the walls and you can sit outside on nice days. The wait has never been long for me and the waiters are good with being personable and suggesting good items.

The grilled Mahi mahi was divine! And the cocktails are fantastic! The prices are definitely comparable to other convention cities like Vegas, but it's certainly worth the price.

We had a great time at Kona Grill. The sushi was delicious, especially the Seasonal only "Tuna Mango" that one was amazing! Same with the BBQ Chicken Flatbread it was very flavorful! The restaurant has a great atmosphere, modern decor everywhere and nice dim lighting without being too dark to not see the other person's face or the food on your plate. The person serving us could have at least acted a little happier to be there when she would interact with us, but she wasn't so bad as to downgrade her service. She was still very attentive to our needs and received her 20+% gratuity, she may just have been having a bad day. No big deal. My only con is that the specialty sushi is a bit expensive but going into a higher end restaurant like Kona, I wasn't exactly surprised.

Normally I love my experience. Tonight I was there for over an hour and watched the bartender laugh and joke with customers that came after me, took their order and continued to talk while we waited to order. I watched every person that came after us have their drinks and food while we watched our food sit in the window. We had to ask for our food before it was delivered. I come here very often but after tonight's service I don't know when I will return!

This place is not a very nice place to eat. The atmosphere and seating is great and is in a convenient location, but the menu is appalling. It consists mostly of seafood or obscure ingredients. If i have to constantly do a google search of the menu items, than it is just not worth my time to eat here. Also it is very expensive. I would not waste your time here unless you have the money for it and have an aquired taste for obscure asian dishes.

We had the BEST service here with Dewan (I'm probably spelling his name wrong, sorry!) He was so helpful, knew the menu well, and gave us great ideas on things to do while in Baltimore. The food was amazing! We had the potstickers, sushi and dessert ( carrot cake and key lime pie). Everything was amazing! If you're heading to Baltimore, this is definitely a great place to eat!
