Keep those cuddles coming 'cause it could heal the world!
New research points to cuddled children growing up to be healthier, less depressed, kinder, more empathetic, and more productive adults.

Just sharing a happy moment. Hope you have happy moments at work too. It makes all the other moments tolerable.

Last week I was a guest speaker at Webster University at their campus in Geneva, Switzerland via Skype. 12 of 14 students want a session vs. other option-deprivation tank. I am proud of the fact I inspired them to be more conscious by doing work with me than escaping the world. Both have value but to know that I can assist these young people to come into the work force having more self-awareness from their own soul is a privilege. My heart is very, very full.

Yes, I am a writer. Yes, I am publishing a book. Yes, I am willing to learn from those who went in front of me how to do it with intentional action. Vision without action means nothing!

When it happens to one of us, it happens to all of us. It happened to thousands of my clients, men and woman, boys and girls. Thank you Lady Gaga.

Hot off the presses...my new business card that I designed all by myself. Fun! It is more like mini-motivational-inspirational-art. If you need help, it is what I do for other too.

The truth about this list is that it does not require an ADD/ADHD diagnosis as just being in this post technological cultural revolution requires us to be inundated with TMI which causes the same symptoms.
by June Silny It’s a fact; a person with ADD is hard to love. You never know what to say. It’s like walking through a minefield. You tiptoe around; unsure which step (or word) will be the one that …

This is peace through forgiveness out of the mouth of a 6 year old. If she can see the way then we do not need to be Mensa members to figure it out too.

Carlos Delgudo and Manuel Darian were my La-La Land Angels! Last weekend I was driving from San Diego to Berkeley. Saturday morning I went to a Pep Boys in Encinitas and Grant the front desk guy was a delight. My battery had died and after my pal jumped me I was able to get to the shop right when it opened. I left Encinitas for the next leg of my trip – LA Baby. After a fun day with friends in Montrose, they walked me to my car and it was dead...Again! We tried to jump it. The first AAA guy tried to jump it. The second AAA guy who came with a tow truck tried to get it to start, nothing. So At midnight, we left it in the Pep Boys parking lot in Tujunga. Once again when they opened at 9 am, the second day in a row, I was at a Pep Boys. Carlos the manager came out to speak to me next to my dead car as soon as he unlocked the front doors. He assured me that he would squeeze me into his busy Sunday schedule, his mechanic would do a diagnosis of the problem, and we would figure out how to proceed from there. Needless to say, by this point I was worried, sleep deprived, and had to step up the faith that all was in Divine Order. Carlos had no idea of the financial straights I was facing if there was a problem. He just new I needed help and wanted to provide that help. My friend had to go to work so I took my laptop and my Starbucks and settled into their cool waiting area. The flat screen TV, leather chairs, additional coffee if I wanted it, was comfort. I did not know if I would be able to get to Berkeley to start a new job the next day. I have lived 'on a wing and prayer' as they say for some time. I had no problem plunking the $176 down Sat AM for a brand new battery, but I had no idea how my $200 that was left in my checking account (no I do not have credit cards), was going to cover the problem with my car and the gas I needed to get to the Bay Area. Manuel came to chat with me able my Sebring's Saga. He assured me that he would figure it out. After just short of a hour, Carlos came to tell me the car was working fine. A fuse had blown and he was going to take the 'hit' so there would be no cost to me. OMG as we say these days! Once again my faith, listening to my intuition, trusting that the experts and my friends would help, and not getting angry at Pep Boys got me going forward. Though I did not have to pay for the fuse and Manuel's time, I promised that I would give them a 5 Star review on Yelp and Google because, darn it, they were my miracle last Sunday. Keep that good juju going Pep Boys Everywhere! Thanks from my dancing heart!
