I called to book the back room of the restaurant for my son's baptism dinner about 2 weeks before the actual event took place. I stopped by the day before and actually spoke with the managing partner about all the last minutes details etc. Before I left, I asked if my guests could sit down as soon as they arrived (between 7 pm - 7:30pm) because our reservation wasn't until 7:30 pm. I was told that would not be a problem because the room would already be set up. We arrived to the restaurant and to my surprise, my husband's aunt; grandmother and sister were waiting to be sat in the very busy lobby. I asked them why they hadn't sat down yet and they told me the room had other guests seated at table in the room and the room wasn't set up yet for them to sit down. I instantly got upset and headed straight for the hostess stand. They called over their manger and he was sorry for the misunderstanding etc. He told me that it wasn't communicated to him that the room wasn't supposed to be sat at all for general seating. I told him that every one of my family members are at least an hour or more from out of town and now we have to sit here and wait! He again said sorry for the misunderstanding and he'd get us sat as soon as possible and would make sure we were taken care of. All I can say is this, that didn’t happen either. We finally sat down and order around 8 pm. Before we ordered, I made it clear to the one server that everyone would order for themselves, kids included. Apparently, two of the three servers took it upon themselves to change what I wanted and said the parents were going to order for their kids. The server taking care of our table and the one behind us, did exactly what I wanted and said the kids would order for themselves. Well, my three cousins along with my step-daughter didn't get their food ordered until everyone's dinner arrived. The only reason we found this out was because they came and told us they didn't order yet, again my frustration level is at it's max!! I then called to complain about what happened to the managing partner and she stated she was working the whole time that night in the back of house. I thought to myself, this is the kind of establishment you run? You couldn't take 5 minutes to come and apologize about what had happened? She then apologized over the phone and wanted my address so that she can better our "experience" and come back again. It's now been a little over a week and we still HAVE NOT gotten anything in the mail (we only live 15 min. from the restaurant). Apparently, she doesn't care about her guests and when someone has a bad experience. This issue fell on deaf ears and swept under the rug. If you're planning on dinning or having a special occasion at Carrabba's, think again!! The food is good, but not worth being treated this way and lied to.

This is my families choice for a "night out" meal. Its excellent food and the best service anywhere. The staff is cheery, friendly, efficient and just plain fun. They make every experience great. All the food is wonderful. Gave my kids a gift certificate for here so they could enjoy it by themselves. They loved it. Can't say enough good things about it. Leftovers tho are just as good as the meal was first time around.:-)

I had the sirloin marsala which was absolutely delicious. I wanted to write a review because I was especially impressed with the service. We had 4 different servers either refill our bread, our wine and our water. Every time a server would walk by, they would look at our table and if something wasn't full, they'd fill it. Very impressed. I also liked that as we left every employee we passed said thank you and told us to have a nice evening. Then as we walked to our car we walked passed an employee just arriving who wished us a nice evening. Not many places with that kind of service anymore.

Had really good food. But it took forever for them to seat us. They were even seating people that came after us. And when we were supposed to be seated they took our name off the list and forgot to buzz us to go to the front to get menus and a server to serve us. They really need the people up front to get their stuff together and to be more efficient. Our total wait time was around 2 hours.

We LOVE Carrabba's... but hesitate to come there often, because we can't "reserve" a table. That's stressful, if we have more that 2 - 4 of us! The last time our group came... there were 6 of us - wanting a round table - we had to wait over an hour. Most of us think you should try to have more "round" tables anyway, as you can visit much better when there are more than 4... than at a long table. Your food is excellent, but my Sorority group, and Red Hat ladies & our Family... usually go elsewhere, so we can be guaranteed seating, if we have more than 4. You do offer "call ahead"... but that hasn't worked well, in the past, either... after trying it a few times. We're going to try it tonight - I'll let you know how that worked out, this time.

While the food here is good, there is often a very long wait and the prices are very high in my opinion. Not my first choice in this area.
