I'm keeping the ball rolling with another weekly (ish) roundup. Everything I've written about, from craft beer at Jack Astor's to barley wine from Great Lakes Brewery http://www.foodwithlegs.com/weekly-roundup-ii/

New post up today and it has a video. A video with science! How to keep your IPA Guacamole from turning brown. http://www.foodwithlegs.com/keep-guacamole-from-turning-brown/

As I find new homes for my writing, I plan to use Food with Legs (in part) for recaps like this one that I hope will be a helpful resource for those looking for my articles: http://www.foodwithlegs.com/writing-roundup/

Very pleased to be the featured member on Food Bloggers of Canada this week. Here is some bonus content to complement the profile they posted: http://www.foodwithlegs.com/food-bloggers-canada-featured-blogger/

Over the past week I've started working with the social media team at Qualifirst. This means I'll get to talk even more often about great food (like these Roka cheese puffs.) More info on what I'm doing in this post: http://www.foodwithlegs.com/my-work-with-qualifirst-foods/

Two lovely beers from Chicago's Goose Island Beer Co. - Sofie and Matilda - are now available in Ontario. Until the end of April Nota Bene Restaurant is the exclusive source for them -- and also their delicious suckling pig and boudin noir tart. http://www.foodwithlegs.com/goose-island-comes-to-ontario/

Macelleria Atlas on St. Clair W is a great source of both fresh meat and excellent dry-cured salami. It's worth seeking out your neighbourhood butcher shop before they disappear. http://www.foodwithlegs.com/the-underappreciated-macelleria-atlas/

A Second Draught post; Rodenbach Classic is now available for the first time on draught in Canada. http://www.foodwithlegs.com/second-draught-rodenbach-classic-an-easy-drinking-introduction-to-sour-beer/
