This maybe the most controversial piece I have written.  This one takes on self serving man hating  feminism, the concerns of African-American and Female Equality and ends it all with concern for the White American Male Underclass who is the butt of jokes and never given any sympathy in the media.  It is time to stop the games and clear the air once and for all.  I just did it!

Creative Minds in Tune

Aimee Mann has been a favorite of musician of mine for a long time. She has a way of creating these songs with such delicate, beautiful melodies wed to very moving, dark lyrics. In the same way the Three Penny Opera weds melodies to harshness, she does the same.

While listening to a Aimee Mann album, I came up with the idea of creating very strong ideas with very colorful images. My exhibition, “Between Two Poles,” was inspired by Aimee Mann’s music and in particular the recording “The Forgotten Arm, ” a suite of songs about addiction, desperation and love lost. It is an amazing release.

The songs are so beautiful, a word people disdain but I adore, are strong and so moving and powerful. I never liked ugly pairings. I never liked shallowness. I truly love beautiful things wed to the darker meanings of life. So when I created work for my Bipolar show I wanted the melodic quality of music and art married to the most dark of emotions. Now, Aimee Mann has a new release titled Mental Illness.

I have only heard two songs and it is an amazing for being so sad without being sappy. I really want to do the entire Bipolar exhibition with all the paintings included. The Shemer Show was great, but I feel I have a lot more to say about Bipolar. Interesting how two people in such different mediums can produced similar ideas at about the same time.

Nationwide Vision.

I had some issues with my glasses and Nationwide came through with providing me with the service I had wanted.

They do back up their products and follow through. I also noted that customer service in my local store is very good. It is highly professional.

Thanks Nationwide Vision.

This is so horrible to see people degraded like this. I see this as a mini hunger games. it seems small, but this crap starts small and works its way up to something worse.

This is not entertainment. This is witnessing the loss of our humanity.

After Shock: The Triumph of Trump
The Wealthy Populist, Donald Trump From the moment Donald Trump was on the podium with the

This is MUST SEE. T.V.

I was just thinking about Jim Jones tonight, literally, and I read this!

For those that do not remember, Jim Jones was a charismatic and originally well intended Christian Minister from Indiana.

Sending a need to leave the Midwest, he set his sights on the open atmosphere of San Francisco,  a City well known for being the epic centre of many religious groups.

In 1970, only a few people know exactly what was going on at the time.   I was privy to some of this being that I spent many Summers in the 70's in San Francisco.

The People's Temple, Jim Jones Ministry, was known to do good works, were great at gather large crows for political events that were always well behaved and orderly.

It was not until they left the country that questions started.  The rest turned into one of the most horrific events of that decade in terms of just what happened.

If you do not recall this piece of U.S. history , remember it.

Borderline Personality DIsorder.   A number of people ask about this and I wanted to place this online.  For some reasons, I have my own theory,  men are not diagnosed with this illness as often as women.

An interesting point is that this mental health issue is more common that Schizophrenia.  It is not uncommon for people with Bipolar disorder to have BPD as well.

I thought this might shed some light on the illness in an easy to understand way. What is great to know is that there is hope.
