Duo Aidan Quinn and Christine Stay back by popular demand! “Blending country, folk, and pop into a seamless package is not easy but Friction Farm has it down.” New Times Magazine

Special guest appearance by local singer/songwriter Todd Hoke who said:

"UUFH has a really great room for this sort of thing—probably one of the best in Hendersonville, in my opinion. If you’ve not yet heard Friction Farm you’re in for a treat and if you already have you already know you want to hear them again."

Suggested donation $15 per attendee. Tickets available at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Hendersonville office (Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm), or at the door.

Doors open at 6:30 pm and the concert begins at 7:00 pm.

Delicious refreshments available during intermission.

Call 828-693-3157 for event details.

Wendy is a jazz vocalist, vocal educator, and recording artist who has been delivering smart and arresting jazz to the mountains of Western North Carolina and, in the process, has become one of the most popular artists in the region. This is her third visit to UUFH where her performances have won her many fans.

A classically trained vocalist with over 15 years of professional theatre experience as part of her background, Wendy now consistently receives accolades for her energetic and entertaining renditions of swing, bop, post bop, originals, and Great American Songbook standards. See more at: http://wendyljonesmusic.com/.

As always, delicious homemade goodies will be available in Fellowship Hall at intermission.

Thanks, Dad - Rev. Jim McKinley

For helping me into this exciting opportunity/adventure we know as “life”. And yes, the real experience was mixed at times. Most often I say thanks with enthusiasm but there are memories where irony finds its way into my tone. Join us for Father's Day as we celebrate fathers and each of our fathers in presence, memory, absence and love. #UU #FathersDay
