Just came back from my local T-Mobile store to replace my Note 7. There was something that I learned while watching other customers replace their Note 7's.

This is for those of you who called the 844 number to have a loner phone shipped out to you while still keeping your defective Note 7.

Make sure you print out your EIP agreement that you signed for the loner device and bring it with you when you go to get a Note 7 Replacement. There were a couple of customers who came into the store with an S7 Edge loner and their defective Note 7.

For some reason, these loner phones were not added to these customers accounts and the reps at the store needed a receipt for the loner phone before they could actually return it.

These reps did not understand how we got loner phones directly through T-Mobile without returning the defective Note 7.

So bring your EIP agreement in for the loner phone and it will make the process of getting your Note 7 back much easier.

Getting ready to install my Note 5 into my new Gear VR. What should I download?

Any recommendations on a good wireless bluetooth headset for the Note 5? How's the Samsung Gear Circle or the Samsung Level U?

Has anyone had any issues connecting their LG V10 to their car via bluetooth?

I just paired my V10 to my car and the bluetooth connection keeps dropping and then reconnecting.

Breaking in my LG V10 tonight. First concern is fast charging. My V10 while charging felt hot. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this something to be concerned about?

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Bullet Journal.  It's great for managing your month, week, or day.

However, I've been switching back and forth from ToDoist and Trello to manage projects.  I would really like to break my dependence  of these applications.

Does anybody use their BUJO to manage projects as well? How has that worked out for you?  Any tips you can provide?

I would like to have a clear overview of all my projects (both life and work) and have a clear idea of what my goals and priorities are.

Day 2 on my Note 5. I have used every single Note that Samsung has released and I have to say the Note 5 has by far the best S-pen ever! It is an absolute dream to write on this device.
