Computational Intelligence Unconference UK 2014
26th July 2014 @ BT Centre, London, UK
Attendance is FREE.
Website: http://ciunconference.org/uk/2014/
Computational Intelligence Unconference UK 2014 is looking for attendees and speakers at the event on 26th July 2014. The unconference will bring people together with similar interests for networking and talks about Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Systems. The unconference will be held at the BT Centre in London, England, located around the back of St Paul’s Cathedral.
Free tickets and more information, including a provisional schedule, are available from the website. Space is limited, so get your free tickets as soon as you can from our website:
http://ciunconference.org/uk/2014/
The event is an "unconference", which is an informal self-organising meeting with free (ticketed) entry, quite unlike a standard conference. An unconference is attendee-run, if you submit an idea you’ll get a slot in a first-come-first-served-basis timetable to talk about whatever you like, providing it is relevant to the general topic of Computational Intelligence.
This particular unconference will be suited to those people who use, or have an interest in, Computational Intelligence. Topics include:
* Applications of Computational Intelligence (e.g. Engineering Design, Commerce, )
* Fuzzy Set Theory, Fuzzy Logic and other tools for handling Uncertainty and Vagueness,
* Artificial Neural Networks and Computational Neuroscience,
* Evolutionary Computing and Genetic Algorithms,
* Hybrid Intelligent Systems and Artificial General Intelligence,
* Deep Learning, Machine Learning and Data Mining
* Robotics, Cyborgs, Futurism & Transhumanism
We are not just looking for attendees, but also speakers, sponsors and on-the-day helpers. Please contact Daniel Lewis for more details.
Thank you,
Daniel Lewis, University of Bristol ( daniel@ciunconference.org)
* Co-founder & Chief Organiser of the Computational Intelligence Unconference(s)
* PhD Researcher in Intelligent Systems (2012-2015), University of Bristol

I think I'll need to start pushing the Computational Intelligence Unconference again soon ( http://ciunconference.org/uk/2014/ ). Anyone wish to help with spreading the word?
(we've released a 50 more tickets too!)

Computational Intelligence Unconference UK 2014 (London: 26th July 2014)
Website: http://ciunconference.org/uk/2014/

Can you help? Here is what we are looking for:
* Attendees (tickets are free)
* Volunteers (to help out on the day)
* Speakers (both "on-the-day" scheduled, and pre-scheduled)
* Sponsors (we have one big sponsor (British Telecom) who are providing the venue, we need a few more sponsors to cover food, drink and "site-vibing" materials). Sponsors will receive advertising on the website, and on TV Screens and Posters around the venue. Sponsors will also be able to advertise jobs at the event on the "jobs board".
* We are also now looking for exhibitors (particularly those fresh projects on Kickstarter or Indiegogo (etc)) - to exhibit for free.

If you'd like to take part in any of the above then let me know by public comment here, private message or by email to my current university email address ( daniel.lewis@bristol.ac.uk).

Thank you,
Daniel.
