The room I was first placed in had a view of the loading dock, with no curtains. Trucks delivering to the hotel (actually a glorified motel) started at around 6 am, and then it was constant beeping from the back up alarms. The truckers could easily see into my bedroom due to lack of curtains. The room was dirty, I even had to chase away a cockroach from the bathroom. The staff, especially the people at the gate, had serious ly rude and aggressive attitude. My elderly mother came to meet me for breakfast, and even though I was a paying guest, they refused to allow her to park at the motel, instead forcing her to park at the public beach down the street and pay $25 for the privilege to walk with her cane back to the motel. The food was barely edible. Only reason for 2 stars was the beach, but definitely did not make up for all the other problems. Do not waste your money, stay away from this dirty, extremely over priced, poor service motel.

Bathrooms are moldy, on site resturant is no where near good, over priced for no reason. However, the beach is beautiful and will bring you food any drink and I'm sure whatever you want.. for a price.

The hotel was far better than any other type of hotel in which I've stayed in the Cape Cod area. The indoor and outdoor pools were very convenient, and the beach was steps away from our room. My wife and I loved the outdoor bar attached to the pool and it's in reasonable distance to the shopping and dining of main street. We'll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful resort in the perfect location. Clean, busy and plenty of dining and entertainment options. The staff was amazing! They were always right there even before you knew you had a question. The food was outstanding

The stay was okay. Seems a little dated, for the price. There was no safe in our room, which I didn't like. The beach was very crowded, and it took over 20 minutes of us standing there, to get our chairs and umbrella set up. I couldn't find a vending machine for drinks anywhere, ended up having to go to the supermarket to get waters, which was the better move in the end anyway. Overall, was an okay stay. Probably wouldn't come back to this hotel though, if I was ever in the area.

We booked a hotel room that was supposed to have a beach front view and courtyard entrance . It had this, but they also scheduled weddings every day right in front of our window every day and the reception there at nights so we were unable to use these at all. When we explained to the front desk that we never would have paid their additional fees for these had we known, we weren't even offered an apology. This was our return visit to the place we went on our honeymoon for our one year anniversary. Aside from this, housekeeping did not come until the end of our week long stay and that was only to drop of towels because we had to ask for more after running out. This place was great once, but their customer service has diminished. There are other places on the cape with just as nice a view that care about their customers that I will support from now on.

Not worth the price. My room was clean, but smelled of cigarette smoke. Both elliptical machines in the fitness center were out of order the whole week I was there. The beach is beautiful, no doubt. It is in a bay, so there isn't much in the way of surf - that's good or bad depending on your preference. I did find it very peaceful. But definitely not worth >200/night. Would have been appropriate at 100-150 for a basic room.

We stayed in standard poolside king bed room. Nice location with small bay side beach. We arrived late and didn't get to enjoy the amenities but the bed and pillows were very comfy. Biggest issue was loose toilet and dirty tub. Hair in drain and tub veneer peeling off badly. I asked for manager to call me at checkout as I needed to get to Boston early but never received the courtesy of a call back. It's not the mistakes you make but how you handle them that sets you apart. Still waiting for Call back to see how they handle and will update this revuew
