Chic beachfront resort with a restaurant & bar plus 2 pools, a fitness center & free WiFi.- Google
"Service was good, but "calamari" dish was more than 50% deep-fried peppers."
"Great selection of fruits and juices, fresh bakery, omelets, professional staff."

Great rooms, awkward front desk staff. Charges for everything. Great location and gorgeous beach. We will be back!

Great hotel in an amazing location, the view is unbeatable from where ever you are and the hotel is very nice. I attended a wedding here and the staff and food were outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay directly on the beach in cape cod.

The stay was okay. Seems a little dated, for the price. There was no safe in our room, which I didn't like. The beach was very crowded, and it took over 20 minutes of us standing there, to get our chairs and umbrella set up. I couldn't find a vending machine for drinks anywhere, ended up having to go to the supermarket to get waters, which was the better move in the end anyway. Overall, was an okay stay. Probably wouldn't come back to this hotel though, if I was ever in the area.

We booked a hotel room that was supposed to have a beach front view and courtyard entrance . It had this, but they also scheduled weddings every day right in front of our window every day and the reception there at nights so we were unable to use these at all. When we explained to the front desk that we never would have paid their additional fees for these had we known, we weren't even offered an apology. This was our return visit to the place we went on our honeymoon for our one year anniversary. Aside from this, housekeeping did not come until the end of our week long stay and that was only to drop of towels because we had to ask for more after running out. This place was great once, but their customer service has diminished. There are other places on the cape with just as nice a view that care about their customers that I will support from now on.

The beach was great. The pools were great. The arcade was great. The gym was great. When we checked in they gave us a different type of room location that we requested. It felt and looked like we were staying in an blighted area. When I called and made reservations weeks in advance I specially requested a specific building with a FULL OCEAN VIEW, but NOO. The service did nothing to help us, about our room. The people that were in the room next to us stole my ball that I won in the arcade. The prices were outrageous. The rug rats ball in the arcade basketball claw game is rigged do not waste your money. The gift shop is very pricey.

The room I was first placed in had a view of the loading dock, with no curtains. Trucks delivering to the hotel (actually a glorified motel) started at around 6 am, and then it was constant beeping from the back up alarms. The truckers could easily see into my bedroom due to lack of curtains. The room was dirty, I even had to chase away a cockroach from the bathroom. The staff, especially the people at the gate, had serious ly rude and aggressive attitude. My elderly mother came to meet me for breakfast, and even though I was a paying guest, they refused to allow her to park at the motel, instead forcing her to park at the public beach down the street and pay $25 for the privilege to walk with her cane back to the motel. The food was barely edible. Only reason for 2 stars was the beach, but definitely did not make up for all the other problems. Do not waste your money, stay away from this dirty, extremely over priced, poor service motel.

Bathrooms are moldy, on site resturant is no where near good, over priced for no reason. However, the beach is beautiful and will bring you food any drink and I'm sure whatever you want.. for a price.

My wife and I were at the seacrest for an event - David's Old Silver Swim. The spot of beach we were at was very nice, and hotel staff were constantly bringing out fresh ice water for the event. We were there pretty early for the event, and hotel staff were clearing sand from the walkways to prepare for the day. Seemed like a nice place to stay.
