The staff are welcoming and helpful and the owner Sonia is extremely hands-on and takes on every order as a distinct project, the shop is truly refreshing to walk in to especially with the window display. Definitely one of my favourite little shops in North-west London.

lovely quirky little shop, at the heart of Hampstead and the local community. i have been a regular customer to Amberrose for the best part of 2 years now and i must say that there is not one thing this shop lacks, last weekend was my wife's birthday in which i asked for the candyfloss option for the same day to be delivered. The flowers arrived promptly and were in usual Amberrose fashion. unique. must have this chance to thank Sonia the owner yet again for being a genuine lifesaver.

We looked into few different florists and found it very frustrating to find what we were looking for. We found Amber Rose through my husband’s friend. We then met with Sonia from Amber Rose and discussed what we were looking for. Since I didn’t know much about flowers, Sonia had many great ideas and beautiful flowers to choose from. We didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted but after discussing possible flowers and assessing the pictures of the church and venue, we came up with a selection of flowers and arrangements. Sonia then invited us to come back and she prepared a sample table center, which we absolutely loved. Since our church and venue was quite decorative inside we wanted something simple but something that stands out and is noticeable. Amber Rose delivered exactly that. The flowers were fresh and looked stunning without overwhelming the venue. I wanted something beautiful and classic but subtle and elegant. This is the same with my bridal bouquet; it was well suited for the dress I was wearing. Everything exceeded my expectations. The whole process was smooth, with good communication and delivery. I would certainly recommend them to anyone, if you are looking for an exceptional flower arrangements for your wedding this is your place. Giuseppe & Katie

The white lilies I purchased from here died & did not even open after only 3 days. I called Amber Rose to explain to them what had happened. The manager told me it was my fault and that I should have looked after them properly... I have been buying lilies for years from various places as they are my absolute favorite. I have never once experienced this problem. I looked after these in the same way, by cutting the stems, giving them fresh water & feed. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. To be told it is your fault when a £40 bunch of flowers should have lasted more than a few days...surely?
