Heather Akridge: AWEFUL customer service. Just hung up on them after being on the for for 45 MINTUES! They did not help at all kept saying we are looking into that for you mam. "Still searching my tool mam." Over and over after asking what is going on. I had one simple question and it was when am I going to get my refund for my sim cards that were never sent to me. They said they could see where they weren't sent but had to look up if I had gotten a refund or not and they could never figure that out. I hate straight talk! I am so tired of not getting someone I can not understand!!!!!!
Brian Lundberg: I was thinking about buying two Nexus 4 phones for myself and my wife and moving from Sprint to Straight Talk. After reading section 6 of the Terms of Service, I'm not certain I want to do so anymore. No streaming? Then why does the commercial show Pandora and Netflix? Unlimited? Why all the online talk of getting shut down after 2GB in a month? No tethering? I can understand not wanting people to connect their Xbox to it, but wanting to surf on my wi-fi only tablet while eating in a restaurant is out? Sounds pretty crappy for "unlimited".
