Great place! It's a tourist trap, but it's a must for any NYC tourist who loves Victorian era decor with twisted horror spin to it! When you enter the pub to eat or drink you definitely do feel as if you've entered into an old fashioned scary Victorian scene. The club has live entertainment in the form of actors and animated decor. The food is actually very good, I was expecting it to be bad but I was pleasantly surprised! I would come back here again but it is expensive if you are on a budget beware!

Wow is all I can say. The coolest restaurant I have ever been to. Something crazy and unusual happens all the time. I never know what to expect next. The werewolf bust starts howling, the masks start to tell jokes and there are these club members that put on these little shows. They have a really cool bar and specialty drinks and a great food menu. I highly recommend it!

Honestly was very skeptical about going here with my friends after reading the reviews for the Greenwich Village location, but decided that it would be fun even if it was not a fantastic experience. Upon arriving, we couldn't figure out which one was the door to get in. I looked up, and there's a guy standing there with his faced pressed up against the window in an eerie manor. He opened the door for us, said some spooky things, had me turn the knob on some dial to open the door. It brought us into a room with mirrors, and spikes hanging from the ceiling. It did some spooky things and had us stand in the pitch black for a little bit, before someone opened the door. We went through another room where there was an automated man telling us we had werewolf/vampire/walking dead blood in us, and made us raise our right hand and vow that we would never speak of it (sorry, I broke my vow! Figured a good review was worth it!) I was expecting a long wait (mainly because it is Times Square and this place seems like it would draw in a lot of tourists,) but once we got upstairs, we were seated and almost immediately waited on. The menu had some great options, and the food was actually really good. The only reason service didn't get "excellent" was because they weren't very good at bringing things in a timely matter, or refilling your beverage. They have little "horror shows" going on throughout your meal, and some of the employees perform in these shows. It's very cheesy and not that scary at all, but it's humorous and really cute, and probably super fun for kids to watch. (Also, most of the performers are very handsome....)

I went there not knowing what to expect and I ended up leaving very satisfied and wanting to go back. It was a very cool environment with interactive statues/characters walking around. They had an amusing show which is good for kids and parties. The food was great and the service was awesome. I would definitely reccomend this place to friends and family.

Came here for the first time for a friend's birthday, no idea where it was at first but a mad scientist greeted me outside so i figured I was at the right place. While waiting in the lobby, I saw a lot of weird stuff, for my taste anyway. Upstairs was a feast for the eyes with tones of tricks, gadgets & a bathroom maze which will have you stuck for days. Nothing like it on 42nd st

Very interesting place. It wad a break drom the norm. I loved it. The calamari was great. I also enjoyed the sliders and the parmesean fries were amazing. The dessert needs a lil work but overall I loved this place.
