We take helping our agents succeed seriously. They have to make money or else they won't stay. That's why the very first thing we did was construct the 95% commission pay plan. I sometimes call it the 3-5-5. As co-owner of RE/MAX Desert Properties along with my wife, Tracey Wrubleski Meeks, Tracey and I built our business from the ground up. We want agents that join our RE/MAX Team to know that they are not in this alone. We are the first place they look for answers and strategies that will help them be the best they can be. Tracey and I offer all the knowledge that we've built over decades of being the business. A of of brokers talk a good game about how they're going to teach agents. We do it. Some agents don't want this kind of support. That's OK. We can appreciate that. For those that are already happy with their production level, we like to offer them the freedom to do things as they please. We don't mess with what's working. We just hope that being a part of our brand and having a great pay plan is all these agents really want. And, we're happy to give them just that. We don't have a lot of meetings. We're not going to ask you to join a bowling or a softball team. Tracey and Eric Meeks just want to create an environment where agents can succeed at their own pace and level, have the lifestyle they want and if they need help, they know that we're here for them. The RE/MAX Gold Plan is designed to help agents near retirement to remain active in real estate.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 65 years of age
Minimum 10 years of RE/MAX experience
Maximum of $75,000 gross commission earned in previous year
Current with Annual dues
Benefits:
$50% of monthly dues
Eligible for Leadstreet leads
Eligible for Awards
May be an individual or Team Member
