The beauty of Nature Stone far exceeds my expectations. We installed Nature Stone in our garage, on our front porch and on the back patio walls. Halloween 2012: A young boy trick or treating walked up to the porch and commented: “Oooo, lady, you have a cool patio.” Halloween 2013: Again a different boy, closer to teenage, commented: “Your porch is neat.” I was amazed that young kids treat or treating were more focused on my porch than the treats that they were being given. The magic of the light at night and the glimmer of Nature Stone just caught their eye. But, Nature Stone did more on my front porch than give it a “cool” look. We actually had a crack right in the middle that was repaired with an epoxy weld and then when Nature Stone was installed, the porch was seamless! Sharon, Shelby Twp MI 48316

What is the deal with the creepy new ad campaign that is played NONSTOP on Pandora? Children singing about their product, and it ends with a prominent picture of a young girl's bare feet? Everyone at work is just grossed out by this disturbing visual being continually displayed on their phones. Why would they display a girl's feet as the centerpiece of their advertisement if their trying to sell a concrete solution?

They have the worst radio commercial ever. Every time I hear it I want to change the radio station and gouge out my ears. If I was looking for new flooring I would go out of my way to not go here even if they had a good deal. It is literally the worst jingle I have ever heard. Why is that child singing??? Children have nothing to do with flooring. It's really distracting from the message. That child sounds horrible. Please get a new jingle.

What a poor product to put around your outdoor swimming pool!! We have 1200 SF of this ugly stuff, it has cracked and heaved up at least 2 inches in places. They have repaired it a few times, but refuse to address the real issue...there are NO expansion joints! Every winter it gets worse. Snow melts, gets into the cracks, freezes and heaves up entire areas. Now they will not even repair it without charging us over $700. Also, they have no product to coat the stuff with that can withstand the sun!! Soooo every summer we spent $600-$700 to recoat the stones (we tried the supposed UV rated stuff, but same result-it just burns off in the sun).

Well done and attractive, but unsanitary. I bought a house with Nature Stone floor covering half of the basement. A few months after moving in, the basement had flooded with raw sewage. The sewage saturated the stones down to the concrete floor. I was able to hose off the surface but am unable to clean beneath the stones. The other half of the basement floor, without the Nature Stone, was easy to clean with a mop. The sewage remaining below the surface may never come out as it is trapped in the spaces between the stones. I have to use a dehumidifier in the basement to keep the smelly odors in check. After calling Nature Stone they said they can clean the floor for a fee as they already had for the previous owner. I did not expect to have to use a special process just to clean this floor, and I wonder if that was made clear to the previous owner who had it installed. Just the other day I spilled powdered laundry detergent, and this is what prompted me to finally write this review. Vacuuming would not pick up all the detergent from between the stones. I wonder how spilled oil would look on it, such as in a garage. I once visited a hotel with an outdoor pool that had what looked like a Nature Stone covering for the deck surrounding the pool. Aeas of the Nature Stone were lifting, making for an uncomfortable walk in bare feet. Next time I visited that hotel, the Nature Stone was gone. I feel this is a fair criticism as I have no financial investment to defend here. That is, since I did not have it installed, I have no incentive to justify the expense and upkeep. I do not recommend using this stone floor treatment, and am considering ripping it out.

I have found that Nature Stone is the best covering of existing floors for basements, patios & garages. They have many colors of stone to select from, to enhance your area. I have had many happy customers!
