Nick, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused at our gym. All of our trainers are certified to help others achieve their fitness goals, and if you felt that the training session was not adequate for your needs, we are more than willing to help you become acquainted with someone else who can help. In regards to your membership and the cancellation process, we do have a very specific policy to maintain structure and privacy for both the gym and all of its members. If you would like to speak with someone to help answer your questions, you can stop by the gym or give us a call to speak with someone in member services. We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and again I hope that we are able to help address each and every one of them.
