Kenny Lauer is Vice President, Digital Experience at George P. Johnson, where he leads GPJ's worldwide Digital practice. In this capacity he enables many of the world's premier brands to complement their traditional marketing mix with new strategy, message development and distribution formats arising from digital platforms and technologies. He is a specialist in the use and integration of experience marketing, Web 2.0 and Virtual Events into clients' customer engagement and relationship strategies. Lauer is a former technology evangelist with Apple Computers and served in key client engagements for KPMG as an IT integrator and with Peppers and Rogers as a CRM strategist. He is 1 of only 24 honorees worldwide awarded the "Certified Experience Economy Expert" designation from Strategic Horizons' founder Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore, authors of the best-selling business book The Experience Economy. Lauer also was a contributing author to the recently published Age of Conversation 2: Why They Don't Get It?
